August Parker Investments, LLC was formed in 2013 by a group of private investors in Columbia, Missouri to acquire a portfolio of income producing property. Our core competency is small to medium sized apartment communities in strong locations which serve value oriented tenants in Missouri and the surrounding Midwest.
We also have partnerships in Arizona, where we fund the purchase of single family homes and condominiums as well as New Jersey where we fund a developer that specializes in NNN investments and retail opportunities.

Jarad Lanham - Chief Executive Officer
Jarad Lanham graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a bachelors degree in Finance and Real Estate. After graduating he managed Show Me Tickets, an Inc 500 award winning online ticket brokerage. Since then he has managed a portfolio of income producing real estate for the key investors of August Parker Investments. He has 10+ years of experience in property acquisitions, dispositions and management.
